Kettlebell Strength Waves

These plans use double front squat, goblet squat, overhead press, push up, pull up, and hanging leg raise.

The plans take the student from a volume of 150 lifts per class to 216 lifts per class over 3 months. The intensity of the training increases over time.

At the end of any of the plans, the student SHOULD be able to squat/press/pull up either MORE WEIGHT or MORE REPS with the starting weight.

All fluctuations correspond to wave training principles.

Kettlebell Conditioning Waves

These plans use only the kettlebell swing to train power endurance.

The plans take the student from a volume of 900 swings in month 1 to 1296 swings in month 3.

At the end of any of the plans, the student SHOULD be able to perform their snatch test or similar test at a faster pace or with more reps in the same time frame.
